Today, 15 September 2026, Tribhuvan University and all other universities and health science institutions of Nepal signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the sharing of academic e-resources through Tribhuvan University Central Library (TUCL), with the facilitation of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Nepal.

TUCL expresses its special thanks to the Chairman, Prof. Dr. Khadga Bahadur K.C.; the Secretary, Prof. Dr. Rosy Shrestha; the Deputy Director, Mr. Dul Raj Chimariya; and other staff members of UGC Nepal for their valuable support and facilitation. TUCL also extends its sincere thanks to all the Vice Chancellors of the universities and health science institutions of Nepal for their participation and cooperation.
